Ingredients:
- 10 Canadian Wild caught scallops, patted dry
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season scallops with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Lower the heat and add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice to the butter sauce and drizzle over the scallops before serving. Pair with crusty bread or a fresh salad for the perfect meal!
